In 2015, Guidelines for Positive Working Together were brought to the Methodist Conference. Summary booklets have already been distributed to Districts with the aim of ‘Promoting good working relationships and managing conflict in the Church.'

This new 2016 booklet Positive Working Together: Shared Commitments offers a reflective half day session for church councils or groups to explore good working relationships in the Church and to look at effective ways of managing conflict. With activities and case studies, this resource will encourage Methodists to communicate effectively, to re-define conflict and to think differently about how disagreements can be managed.
