How long will my order take?
Goods are despatched within two to three working days from receipt of order, subject to stock availability. If your item is not in stock, we will back order and advise you accordingly.

Our delivery charges are based on the total value of the goods in your order (excluding subscriptions, ebooks and other downloads) and where in the world you would like them sent.
When you choose your delivery address (step 2 of the checkout) the relevant delivery charge will be added to your order total automatically.

Europe and Worldwide
Delivery rates for European and Worldwide deliveries are calculated automatically according to the total value of your order and the delivery zone. The table below shows a detailed breakdown of the charges you can expect to pay.

Within the EU (and sometimes elsewhere), additional customs charges and VAT are possible, but these will vary by country and by item. Depending on these criteria, it is also possible some orders may attract no additional charges at all. Please note that the responsibility to settle any excess charges will be with the recipient. We have no control over these charges and we have worked hard to supply comprehensive delivery documentation, allowing customs departments to validate that shipment. We recommend that you check with your local customs officials or post office for more information regarding importation taxes/duties that may be applicable to your online order. Orders consisting of entirely free items will be charged postage and packing. These items will also incur costs during free postage and packing offers unless a paid for item is also purchased. Any costs will be added at checkout.
